Casa Diva

Casa Diva was such a great find, with a stunning property and thoughtful design throughout. What made the stay especially lovely was how personal the service felt. Eleonora made check-in easy and stress-free, and her recommendations really helped us make the most of our time in the area. Caterina greeted us each morning at breakfast with so much warmth and energy. We felt genuinely looked after. Highly recommended!

We loved Casa Diva. The place itself is beautiful, and the hospitality made our visit even more special. Eleonora was a huge help at check-in and gave us excellent suggestions that added a lot to our visit. Caterina also welcomed us to breakfast every morning with a big smile and a great attitude. The location is excellent and very walkable, and the space is beautiful, clean, well maintained, and full of great artwork. The sunrise from the terrace was incredible. Eleonora was helpful and responsive, and the cave room in the basement was clean and unique. We were told its cooling came from the floor and a wall unit, with fans to help. But neither that room nor the other room we moved to had working AC, and it was awful. The hotel and common areas were hot too, and the fans offered no relief. We raised the AC problem and a stuck sink drain with Eleonora the next morning, and she moved us to another room, but the AC didn't work there either. The room felt close to 30 degrees, and we were glad to stay only two nights because we couldn't have managed a third in that heat. It would have been nice to have been told honestly about the AC. The front desk isn't open 24 hours.

Casa Diva was a wonderful stay. The location is very central, with parking nearby, and our room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The staff were kind, helpful, and accommodating, and the service was exceptional.
