The owner was very kind, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good, though having fruit available would have been a plus. It's a few minutes' drive from the outskirts of Matera's city center. A great experience.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with fresh fruit, homemade cookies, croissants made to order, and Matera bread every day. Mr. Vincenzo Bruno was warm and attentive, and gave us useful advice about places to eat, tours, and where to park for free. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and lovely. It sits somewhere peaceful away from traffic, only a short drive from the Sassi, so it worked well for exploring Matera and the surrounding area. We highly recommend it, especially for the price.

Mr. Enzo was so kind and helpful. I spent a lovely, restful week here and would recommend it to anyone coming to Matera.

After long walks in the wind and damp winter weather, it was lovely to come back to a warm room and bathroom. Mr. Vincenzo also gave us helpful directions and made us a generous, tasty breakfast, including delicious Altamura bread for our walks that day. Highly recommended.

The room and bathroom were clean, and the place was quiet with good connections to the city center. The owner is a wonderful person, and treated us to a four-star breakfast with fresh croissants and Matera bread.
