It was very quiet, and just a five-minute walk from the main square and old town. The apartment was clean, stylish, and reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks, Giovanni and Claudia. I highly recommend it.

A clean, decent room in a nice place that felt like home away from home. Giovanni was helpful and is not racist. I’d definitely recommend staying here to anyone who wants to feel comfortable and at home in Matera.

The apartment was really big, with a balcony and an incredible view. For this standard, I’d say the price is low.

A magnificent place.

The price is fair, and the place is clean, though comfort is pretty basic. The beds in the Adamo room and the table in the Eva room both need attention: the bed wobbles and creaks, while the table legs loosen and the top comes off. It makes having morning coffee a bit of a challenge. Fixing those two things shouldn't cost much.
