The rooms were large, with lots of things like a coffee maker, tea, and a big TV, and the beds were comfortable. The woman at reception was nice and efficient. Still, sound carries badly between rooms, we had no hot water in the morning, and the breakfast at the downstairs bar was really poor. Generally a good place.

The staff were very friendly, and we had a comfortable stay. The location is great, right by the sassi area.

The room was well organized and functional, and I'd stay here again. We were there two days ago. It's a short walk from the center, and there's secure parking too if you can't find a better spot. I recommend it.
