Maria is easily the sweetest, most thoughtful host. The apartment is modern and updated, but still cosy and practical, with everything you need. It was spotless and stayed really warm even in the coldest month. I can't wait to come back.

We stayed two nights over New Year's Eve, and the owners were very kind. The apartment was spotless and lovely, on the ground floor, with parking only 20 meters away. Mr. Michele let us use his parking spot. It's near the center too, just across the street from Belvedere Pascoli. Thank you for everything, Luigi and Patrizia.

We left very happy with our stay and will be recommending the place to family and friends. The owners were exceptionally hospitable, kind, and respectful. Breakfast had such a range of things, from pastries and yogurt to coffee, cold cuts, cheese, and fruit, there was something for even the pickiest eater. The house is tastefully decorated, well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. We slept well in the comfortable bed. The bathroom is on the small side, but the shower room was more than adequate.

Maria and her husband were wonderful, and their care for guests really showed in the warm welcome and the attention they gave to cleanliness and every detail. We stayed one night in Matera with our family. The breakfast was generous and varied, and the location was excellent. I highly recommend it.
