Alejandro was a wonderful host. We had a great experience, with a very clean room and a beautiful view from the balcony. Thank you so much!

I’d choose the same property again when I return to Materra. We only stayed one night and should have booked more. Everything was clean, the place had just the right look, and the host was very polite and helpful.

The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. Late one evening, he even stepped in to help a couple who’d accidentally locked their keys inside the property. We stayed in the heart of the historic center of the Sassi, where the rooms give you breathtaking views. They were welcoming, well cared for, and immaculately clean. I highly recommend staying here.

We got lots of useful information from the owner about finding the B&B and exploring the beautiful city. He was very kind. Our room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was functional and had a roomy shower. Recommended.
