The hostess was such a lovely, kind woman, and booking directly with her on WhatsApp was easy. Everything was arranged perfectly. We stayed in the Venere room, which had heating and air conditioning and felt warm and cosy. One moment I'll remember is having a hot shower with the small window open to those breathtaking views. Breakfast was delicious, and the cappuccino at the lounge café was a great way to start the day. The view from the terrace was stunning, one of those places that makes you pause and take in the scenery. L’Infinito dei Sassi is right in the heart of the Sassi, which made the whole stay feel even more magical. There's no parking at the accommodation, but we stayed for 24 hours and paid €28 for a nearby spot, which was very convenient. My heart is still there. We truly loved every moment!

The rooms were clean and had everything we might need. The owner was lovely and easy to reach. Very good price for the quality and location. These are very nice apartments in the Sassi, with a breathtaking view from the terrace.

The balcony view was amazing, and the room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked well too. The property is inside the ZTL, so you can't drive right up to it, but Parcheggio park scotellaro is very close. Parking there was easy, and it's only a short walk to the property. We also found breakfast tickets in the room, good for a pastry, coffee, and juice at one of two local spots. We went to Caffe Centrale and had a great breakfast. The stairs up to the room were very narrow and steep. They were manageable with our small carry-on bags, but a bigger or heavier suitcase would have been difficult. They could also be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

The terrace has a lovely view over the Sassi, and the guest house is right in the heart of Matera. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff were warm and happy to help, and we had a really pleasant stay.

A night in a cave is a fun way to experience the place 👌😀. The view is amazing, and inside the room was clean and nice, with a comfortable bed. I’d recommend staying here!
