The location is perfect, near the central bus station and the old city. Anna is lovely, cleans every morning, and brings fresh breakfast. Brilliant air bnb.

The room was large and very clean. It was also quiet, surrounded by gardens, and the hosts were great.

We stayed at "La Casa di Nina" in Matera and found it very good value for money. The owner was kind and attentive, kept the house tidy while we were there, and served us breakfast with local products. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh produce. The apartment was spacious and welcoming, with two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen for guests to use. One bedroom has its own bathroom; the other has a bathroom across the street. The house is well maintained, has convenient parking on site, and is close to the city center.

Parking at the property was a real help in Matera, where finding a spot can be difficult. We could leave the car somewhere safe nearby and explore on foot without worrying about it. The B&B itself is just steps from the historic center, yet quiet enough to relax. The owner was welcoming from the start, always ready with suggestions for sights and places to eat, and happy to answer questions. The rooms are spacious, bright, very clean, and carefully maintained, with attention to detail that made the stay more relaxing. I had a very pleasant visit to "La Casa di Nina" and highly recommend it for a comfortable, friendly, authentic stay. I can’t wait to return!

We had a great stay in Nina's House. The owner was kind and helpful, and breakfast was complete, with homemade cakes. The reserved parking spot was very convenient. It’s an apartment in a building near the city center, with two bedrooms, one of them having an external bathroom. Highly recommended.
