Mariella was so kind and available. She gave us all the directions we needed to find the place easily, along with recommendations for excellent nearby restaurants. The room is delightful, carefully maintained, and has a spectacular view of the Sassi. B&B Lo Splendore dei Sassi really lives up to its name, a magical corner among the Sassi of Matera. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, welcoming stay in Matera! 🌟

We stayed in an ancient house in the Sassi district, a truly unique setting. Everything was clean and carefully looked after, and the room was cozy and well maintained. An authentic experience, and an unforgettable stay!

The room had a wonderful view, and the whole place was spotless and carefully kept. We stayed just one night, less than two days, and Pasquale kindly shared all the details we needed about the location, parking, restaurants, and itineraries. The B&B is in a really strategic spot. We’d highly recommend B&B Lo splendore dei Sassi. Five stars, and I’d give it another if I could. Thank you!
