It’s good value, conveniently located, and parking is available. The welcome was both professional and friendly, and the place was impeccably clean. What else is there to say?

There’s a lovely terrace right in central Matera, and the apartment comes with its own parking spot, a real bonus when you want to see the Sassi without worrying about fines or other parking trouble. The studio itself is beautiful and thoughtfully arranged for women, with everything needed. Its bathroom has no window, but it’s comfortable and includes a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. Mrs. Anna was extremely helpful. It’s on the second floor, so expect a couple of flights of stairs. Matera is well worth visiting.

Everything was spotless. The owners gave us a warm welcome to their brand-new apartment, furnished with so much care and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Anna and Cosimo are lovely. They welcomed us and shared tips on restaurants, pastry shops, and places to see. The rooms are new, private bathrooms included, and everything was tidy and very clean. There’s a coffee machine with pods, a kettle, and a fridge. It’s just a two-minute walk from the center, and there’s a parking space too. Thanks so much, I’ll definitely tell my friends about it.
