The room was nice and cozy, clean, and everything looked new. There's a very good bakery 50 meters away for breakfast, though it's closed on Sundays. The owner was lovely and suggested good places for dinner.

The loft is a little small, but clean and has everything you need, even for making breakfast in the room. This is a very functional vacation rental, about a 15-minute walk from the Sassi. Free parking is really convenient. We had a wonderful stay in this gem of a city.

I spent a weekend here. It's handy for a short stay and well located near the city center, but the room is a bit small and not very bright. With no ventilation, it smells musty.

The location is good, just a few minutes on foot from the center, and parking is available on the white lines at any time. The place is very small but functional. Cleanliness was the one issue: the table and bedside tables were dusty when I arrived. They offered to clean again the next day, but I needed to put my things away, so I declined and had already cleaned it myself.

Inside, it’s practical, clean, and comfortable, though the loft bedroom only has two small windows. The outside might give the wrong impression, since it looks quite plain and bare. Parking is very convenient, and the location is too. Matera’s center is easy to reach on foot.
