The location is excellent, and the room was modern, very clean, and had all the facilities you could want.

We had an incredible stay in the suite, with its own sauna and access to a fabulous terrace. The room has just been renovated, and you can see the high-end materials in every detail, from the lighting and shower to the bed and sauna. Everything was just right. The location is perfect: you're in town, the “sassi” are only minutes away, and you can park your car too. I highly recommend it!

The host was quick to respond, professional, and shared useful local tips. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed, and it was spotless. The location worked perfectly for our stay. I'd happily recommend it.

We really enjoyed unwinding on the outdoor terrace, with its sofas and lovely partial view of Matera. The suite itself was spacious, very clean, and carefully looked after, and the host was kind and easy to reach. It was also handy for parking, with the center only a short walk away. A beautiful, well-kept place in a good spot. We'd come back.

The family-owned property is in a strategic spot for reaching the "Sassi" quickly. Inside, the rooms are welcoming and have all the necessary amenities, with touches of Matera's history worked into the decor. Everything was kept immaculate. I also got to meet the very friendly owner and hear about his passion for the place and why he renovated it with such care.
