Adriana was honestly the best host, so nice, kind, and helpful. She even gave us homemade pastries and fruit from her garden. The apartment was very clean, with fresh towels every 2-3 days, one of the best coffee machines, fast and reliable wifi, a quiet spot that worked well for work or studying, lots of kitchen space, and a parking space. It's a lovely, spotless apartment, and the new-apartment comforts were great. We recommend it to anyone wanting to be near the Sassi di Matera and a large, cheap supermarket. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Matera.

The location let us explore every corner of the city easily, and there's parking for a standard car, like a Volkswagen Polo. The ground-floor studio was delightful, recently renovated with completely new furnishings, and gave us the comfort and quiet we needed after days exploring the Sassi. It was a perfect base for experiencing Matera's unique atmosphere, and the hospitality will stay with us.

The house was comfortable and well arranged, with just the right amount of space for two and a small kitchen with the basics. The bed was comfortable, and the place was clean. It's just outside Matera's historic center, about a five-minute walk away. The shower, heating, and air conditioning all worked perfectly, and parking is available on request, which was a real bonus. Everything was perfect.

The owner really stands out for her warmth, availability, and professionalism. Her hospitality made us feel like we'd known each other forever. The place is small but has everything a couple needs, and the cleanliness and attention to detail were excellent. Being able to leave the car in the property's parking area was the icing on the cake. We explored Matera at a relaxed pace and had a wonderful dinner among the stones. Fantastic. We'll return as soon as we can and definitely recommend it.
