We left after just 20 minutes. Room 120 looked out onto the roof of a shopping mall, smelled unpleasant when we entered, and had old bedding. Polystyrene panels covered the walls, apparently to hide mold. The wall-mounted table was nearly falling over, and there was a portable beach cooler instead of a refrigerator. The room photos didn't match what we found, and looked heavily filtered, which felt like false advertising. The spa was closed, with no notice on the website; reading other reviews had at least prepared us for that. Ms. Cristina was very welcoming and kind at check-in, but when we told her we were leaving, she became aggressive and unfriendly, "and she's understanding." Personally, I'd avoid it. One star because that's the best I can give.
