Michele was quick to answer our questions and help with anything we needed. The houses are new, bright, and comfortable, and the whole place is peaceful and surrounded by greenery. We stayed for a week and had a fantastic holiday. A couple of cats came by each morning and late afternoon, so I bought a large bag of food for them. The nearest beach is less than a three-minute walk down the road, and Baia di Mattinatella is another beautiful public beach about a 15-minute drive away. We’ll stay here again when we’re back in Mattinata.

The place was clean and quiet, with a private parking spot and lovely olive trees all around. The nice beach is about a five-minute walk away.

We really enjoyed sitting out in the evenings after the beach, on the lovely front patio with its little private garden and fig tree. The house is modern, welcoming, and practical, and it was very clean. The location’s handy too, just steps from the beach, whether free or private, as well as restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. There’s parking on site.

The owners are thoughtful and the hospitality was fantastic. These brand-new little houses are spotless and very well looked after. It’s also a great base for exploring Gargano’s beautiful beaches.
