No air conditioning, and the fan just pushed around stale air in a room with no proper airflow. The window looked onto a landing with no air vent. The lady also decides when you can check in, so you're left waiting until it suits her. A nightmare, no seriousness at all. Strongly not recommended.

Parking is on the street, if you can find a space, and the sign there says 30 minutes maximum. The owner told me Sunday parking was fine because traffic police never came by or gave tickets. I got a ticket anyway. She said the rules had changed often, but the police showed me an order from just a few months earlier. The place itself was stifling in summer, with no ventilation or window in the stuffy area. The bathroom window doesn't ventilate, and the kitchen is like a hovel, with a window facing a dead-end shared with the neighbors' windows. There's no air moving there, and lots of mosquitoes. The small bedroom has no TV, just an antenna cable hanging down. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and the only air conditioning was in that bedroom, supposedly for use after 1:00 AM or the meter would trip. The owner even wanted to take the remote so we couldn't turn it on. 🤤 After calling to book an apartment, I also contacted other places. What we got was half of an apartment, shut off by a door connecting to another part that opens onto Via Veneto. The entrance to the apartment had been presented as a two-bed bedroom, as in the photos. She also wanted us to leave before checkout, acting like she owned the place. Even for one night, she asked for a 50 euro deposit on top of the advance payment. 🤤 Terrifying. She lives there and denies the obvious, calling one thing another. I strongly advise everyone against staying here, especially families.

There was no TV or Wi-Fi, and the photos we requested of the house never came, at least not the actual ones. The shower was quite spacious, which was the one good thing about the place. The lady was kind, but not very serious, and didn't stick to the prices she'd quoted when we booked.

They didn't honor our reservation and changed our accommodation at the last minute. The rooms weren't clean, the bathroom fixtures were broken, and there was barely any hot water. Don't book, they're unreliable.
