There’s no front desk at night, so an emergency then could be a problem. The property seems mismanaged. In low season, the restaurant isn’t open, the room paint is cracking, and the pool water is green with leaves and other debris in it. Photos attached.

Both pools were busy, but it was still a relaxing place, and there weren’t any screaming kids.

The food was so-so, but I liked the rooms and pools. It’s a nice spot out in the Rieti countryside for a weekend.

The location is nice, and there are two pools. The restaurant, unfortunately, needs improvement.
