Kalsa Apartment with Terrace by Wonderful Italy

We enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped with modern appliances, including a washing machine and dishwasher. There are two standard bedrooms at the back with plenty of clothing storage, plus a spare room with a sofa bed by the entrance. We asked to have that bed set up, but it never happened. The ceilings are double height, and upstairs there’s a separate area with cozy sofas and a little terrace, which we didn’t get around to using. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, about a 15-minute walk from the train and bus terminal. Getting in took some figuring out: the front gate key needed to be moved up and down before turning, and sometimes we used the inside gate lock to get through. The apartment door also took a few tries. We couldn’t work out the AC without instructions and eventually gave up. The drying rack and ironing board were broken, and there was no washing-up sponge, cloth, or oven glove. Wi-Fi dropped frequently and needed reconnecting, though the signal was strong once it worked. Sorting recycling was confusing, and we weren’t given enough bags to separate the rubbish.
