Our mornings were a pleasure, with a generous, delicious breakfast: fresh watermelon juice, chocolate fondants, focaccia and plenty more. The spa was another highlight, spacious and designed for proper relaxation. We also enjoyed the pool, beach club and other areas for resting and unwinding over several days. The staff’s kindness and genuine hospitality made the stay welcoming and relaxed. Mrs Speziale thoughtfully upgraded us to a room with a better view as soon as one became available. The concierge team was outstanding too, finding tables at fully booked restaurants and arranging a driver at the very last minute. The only small drawback was having to prepay the room by card over the phone to confirm the booking. Other hotels let you pay on-site. That inconvenience was far outweighed by the service and thoughtful touches.

What a fabulous place! The view was stunning, and I didn’t want to leave. Our spacious room had two bathrooms and a terrace, and lovely treats were left there every day. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious and abundant, with fresh juice and fruit, a hot buffet, cheeses, meats and breads.

The price is high, but absolutely worth it. Everything felt impeccable, from the comfortable room and the view to drinks on the lawn overlooking the Beauty of Lake Como. The attention to detail, especially in the service, was amazing. One of the concierges met us at our transportation, welcomed us and escorted us to check-in. We were offered complimentary drinks there, then the wonderful staff showed us to our room.

Grand Hotel Victoria made a lasting impression on our hearts. The food, cleanliness, architecture and attention to detail were all wonderful, but the people meant the most. A huge thank you to Martina and Luca (with the mustache 😉) for always being so gracious and helpful. We’re grateful to Lorena and Marco, a phenomenal and thoughtful management team, and to everyone who made our honeymoon stay so special. We’ll never forget it!

It was an amazing stay in a luxury hotel, from the lobby and room to the spa and beach club. Everyone was so helpful and said yes to everything we asked during our visit. Lorena deserves a special mention: she was amazing, always there to help with her team, and made our stay unique and enjoyable.
