I've stayed here several times while visiting family. The breakfast selection and service are excellent, and the rooms are comfortable, if a little dated. The main problem is the WiFi in the rooms, which is pretty much nonexistent. It's been an issue more than once over the years.

The room was small, but the balcony overlooked the river and bridge, which was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant doesn't have much choice, but the food is delicious and the service is excellent too.

The location is hard to beat, and the staff were really welcoming. Breakfast had a nice spread, and the rooms are fun and quirky.

We got that lovely feeling of being on holiday straight away. The team were very friendly, breakfast had a cool vibe, and the central location is perfect. Highly recommend!

We really appreciated getting the mobility card at no extra charge for our whole stay. It covered trains, buses and cable cars, including the ride down to Bolzano, the Renon cable car and tram to Klobenstein, and the train toward Mals in the direction of Paso di Resia. The hotel is in an excellent spot, with very friendly staff and a very good breakfast. The rooms are medium-sized and a little older, but very well maintained, much like most of the guests.
