We had a great stay in this apartment, conveniently located right at the start of Corso della Libertà and just a short walk from the Merano arcades. The owners were kind and attentive. When we reported a small problem with the cold water, they apologized and sorted it out right away. My sister stayed in the apartment on Via Shiller, not far away, and she had no issues either. I’d gladly stay here again on my next trip to Merano and recommend it. A note about the entrance: the building is the bank building, so with the bank building in front of you, use the door on its left side. Also, there’s no parking at either this apartment or the one on Via Shiller. If you have a car, you’ll need to pay to park in the spa apartment or leave it farther away, around a 10-15 minute walk.

We stayed in the Blue apartment and had a great time. It was very nice, new, and clean, and just a short distance from the thermal baths and the center of Merano. We’d definitely recommend it.

The apartment is just a minute’s walk from the Merano thermal baths, and it’s so convenient for getting around. There’s plenty of space, air conditioning, and the furnishings are lovely. It has all the comforts you need. Highly recommend!

The host was really kind, and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It’s a great spot for a trip with kids, only a few steps from the city center. Just be aware there’s no parking.

The place itself is nice, but it gets incredibly loud. The bar marked on Google Maps is more like a nightclub, with music blasting across the whole area on weekends. You can still hear it through the well-insulated windows, along with traffic noise. Anyone hoping to sleep before 4 a.m. should know that.
