Appartement Huber

The owner was very kind and available whenever we needed anything. The apartment is well maintained, with a lovely mountain view and a covered parking space. There are shared useful items in the hallway between the apartments, like a hair dryer and vacuum cleaner. A microwave would be a good addition; otherwise, everything was perfect.

The owners and receptionist were so welcoming. Our apartment was peaceful and clean, with a balcony, comfortable beds, and a kitchen stocked with what we needed.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment, which had all the basics we needed. The mountain view was a nice touch, and there’s a small Conad nearby, with a Despar a little farther away. The owners live in the building and were genuinely kind and helpful. Parking is in a private underground garage, though getting in and out may be awkward with a station wagon.

We were in apartment number 5 in Untermais, a quiet spot despite being centrally located for Merano's city center. The 20-minute walk into the center was easy, and we could leave the car in the free underground parking. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had the things we needed, including fresh towels, kitchen towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags. There was also a hand sanitizer dispenser in the hallway. I liked that the owners suggested drinking the tap water to cut down on plastic bottles. The owners were friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation and thank them sincerely. We highly recommend this property.
