Residence Désirée Classic, Merano

The apartments are roomy and clean, and the mountain views are fantastic. The location is very central, too. We had a really relaxing stay, and the hotel’s sauna and steam sauna are free to use, so don’t miss them. Five stars!

The garden is beautiful, and the apartments are in a fantastic spot. The staff are so friendly that you feel at home. We’d love to return.

We had a really relaxing stay in this spotless complex, with very friendly, accommodating staff who keep everything in good order. A bar across the street serves breakfast, and there’s a bakery and supermarket just around the corner. The outdoor pool, whirlpool, and sauna area are available too. We stayed on the ground floor in the Classic, the older, grand building. The complex also has the newer Design section. Our apartment had everything we needed: a bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet; a kitchen with a stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster; plus a sofa in the living area, a TV with a few German channels, and air conditioning. The complex is in Merano, within walking distance of the city center.

We left the car in the property's free garage the whole time, since the center of Merano and the Christmas markets were just a five-minute walk away. The apartment was warm, modern, functional, and in immaculate condition. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There was a free sauna, but we chose not to use it. When I’m back in Merano, I’ll stay here again.
