You can walk to the city center from here, and there are great restaurants close by. The staff are very friendly, and the place feels cozy. There’s a generous breakfast buffet, plus an outdoor pool and a little garden. Highly recommend it.

The hotel was clean and welcoming, but the room they gave us was for four people and very small, especially for the excessive price. The mattresses felt like stone.

The owners still pitch in themselves at this charming little hotel. Everything was clean, the staff very friendly, and breakfast extensive. You can walk to the city center, and the city bus stop is just around the corner. Merano is a dreamy little town that’s always worth visiting. When we left, we were given a palm sapling as a souvenir. We’ll see when it grows as big as the other palms ;o)
