What made our stay special was the staff. They were incredible and made us feel they truly cared about us having a good time. The hotel itself suited us perfectly too, with really comfortable rooms and everything clean and well looked after. The facilities and atmosphere were just right. We’re already trying to work out when we can come back. If you want somewhere warm and welcoming, this is it. We’ll definitely return.

The staff were super friendly and happy to help with any question or request. Breakfast was amazing, and we enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant too. It’s in a great spot, close to the city centre but still quiet, and the hotel lends bikes for free to ride into town. A couple of things could be better: some of the bikes were broken, and our room stayed pretty warm in July without air conditioning. Aside from that, everything was great, and we’d definitely come back.

We’ll certainly be back. The family were very friendly, the food was fabulous, our room was spacious, and the views were stunning.

The hillside setting among apple orchards gives you a lovely view over Merano, and the old town is a 15-minute walk away. If you’re planning plenty of shopping, there’s also a nearby parking garage and car park. The hotel is small and lovely, with apartments too, and the hosts and staff are incredibly friendly. It feels like staying with friends. The restaurant is first-class, and the breakfast buffet has a huge selection. The owner bakes delicious cakes, strudels, and other things herself each morning. In summer, you can swim in the lovely infinity pool with a view, and there’s an indoor pool too. We’re already looking forward to coming back.
