I’ve stayed here four times now, and I’ve enjoyed every visit. The apartments are basic, but inexpensive, and the staff are friendly and keen to help. This suits you if you want to explore the surroundings and have an adventurous stay. If you’re after a high-class room or apartment, this residence probably isn’t for you. It really depends on what you want to do here.

We had a wonderful week, and I’m sure I’ll come back. Thanks so much for being so kind and welcoming. The rooms felt cozy, and we had everything we needed, from different kinds of plates to a hot shower. Thanks again!

The kind, friendly staff were the one bright spot. The building is rundown, the rooms are cold, and I needed two blankets to keep warm. The electric stove worked on and off. The rest was forgettable. Merano needs investment if the facilities are going to be good.
