We had a lovely two-day stay in one of the penthouse rooms. It was spacious and nicely decorated, with everything we needed in the kitchen. The rooftop terrace was great, though we didn’t have much time to enjoy it. We got a warm welcome and could park our motorcycle on the property for free. It’s a short walk to the city center along the river.

The spacious apartments are kept in great shape, and the newly built Residence villa hedy feels peaceful and welcoming. Its location is handy for getting to the centre, which made it a relaxing choice for me and my family. The staff were very kind, especially signora Maria, who was always attentive and ready to help.

Residence Villa Hedy was a lovely find. The owner gave us a warm, professional welcome and was attentive throughout. Our apartment looked almost new, with modern furnishings, everything well organized, and not a speck of dust. It’s just steps from the centre, so it worked well as a base for the spa, the train station, and the city. I had a wonderful stay. Everything felt perfect, 10 out of 10!

The location in Merano made it easy to get around without the car. The centre, the spa, the train station for visiting other cities, and bus stops for the Merano 2000 ski facilities are all close by, and there’s also parking at Residence Villa Hedy. Inside, the common spaces and apartments are modern, welcoming, and carefully looked after. Our apartment had all the comforts we needed, including Wi-Fi, appliances, and accessories, and everything worked. The owners and staff made us feel at home with their generous, personal hospitality. We’d recommend it to families wanting mountain views, services, and experiences, as well as couples and young people. Villa Betty is another option a few metres away, with rooms managed by the same owners and the same attentive service. We can’t wait to return. Giacomo and family from Taranto.
