We were in the Karin apartment for four at the start of April 2025 and had a lovely holiday. It’s simply furnished, but had everything we needed. The bathroom and beds looked new, and the whole place was spotless. Magdalena was especially kind and helpful, sharing plenty of tips and information in person and online. Getting around was easy. The promenade is about 1.5 km away, bus stops are close by, and the main train station is under 1,000 metres away. With the free Merano Card, we didn’t need a car. Many thanks to Magdalena and her team. It’s impressive to see what young people can do.

We had a beautiful holiday here in previous years. Greetings from Domenico, Elena, and little Poppy in Bari to lovely Merano (BZ), and a special hello to Mrs. RENATA KUEN.

We felt right at home in the apartment. It was spotless, with a newly renovated bathroom and new beds, although some of the furnishings are a little dated. The landlady was very, very nice, and the location made it easy to walk everywhere.

Renata is lovely, helpful, and always available. The breakfast was good, the prices reasonable, and there’s plenty of parking in the courtyard beside a nice garden. The hotel is quiet and just a few steps from the city centre. Our room felt cosy and welcoming, with a big new bathroom after a recent renovation. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there was an LED TV, a well-stocked minibar, and a clock radio.

We’ve been coming here for a weekend of work once a month for several years. Mrs. Renata is welcoming and always happy to offer advice. The spacious, recently renovated apartments mostly have two double bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The TVs are getting a bit old, though. There’s a generous sweet and savoury breakfast if you ask for it, plus Wi-Fi, plenty of parking, and a lovely garden with tables, chairs, and loungers. The city centre is a 10-15 minute walk or a bus ride away. If you drive into town, there are several car parks, but they’re quite expensive. The train station is about 10 minutes away by car. I’d definitely recommend Villa Sabine, especially to families travelling with pets.
