The rooms were spacious, clean, and nice, with fresh towels every day. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices, and they made all kinds of eggs to order. Staff were friendly and understanding of what we needed as British tourists. The rooms did get incredibly hot, though, and were hard to cool without air conditioning. That wasn’t the owners’ fault.

We keep enjoying our visits here. The food and wine are great, and the service and staff are lovely. There’s underground parking, with an elevator that goes straight to your room or apartment. Thanks! 👍👍

You get warm, genuine South Tyrolean hospitality here, along with great food and excellent service. The train station and city centre are both within walking distance.

The hotel was nice, and everyone was so friendly. It’s not too far from the center.
