CEJM Apartments Merano

Top apartment.

Getting around Merano on foot was easy from this apartment, which is very close to the center, and it stayed quiet and peaceful when we wanted to rest. On-site parking was a real convenience, especially arriving by car. The staff were kind, available, and ready to help with anything. Inside, the place was clean, well cared for, and tastefully furnished. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and we felt at home throughout our stay. A comfortable place with a handy location and thoughtful attention to guests. We had a very positive experience.

It was clean, and the location is excellent. But the apartment itself was disappointing: worn furniture, loose faucets, and dead batteries throughout. We were given a different apartment from the one we booked. The street was noisy, and the windows didn’t shut properly, especially the balcony door. At night the heating was far too hot for us and the children, and we couldn’t adjust it ourselves. It may suit you if all you need is something basic.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. It’s also very close to the spa, which made the location excellent. Our only issue was the heat at night: we couldn’t adjust the room temperature, and the duvet was very heavy.
