We had a nice family stay with our two kids, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a lot of noisy construction next door, starting promptly at 07:00. Also, their own restaurant closed a few years ago, and there aren’t many places to eat nearby.

Service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is comfortable and lovely, set in a quiet part of Merano. I just wish we’d had more time to enjoy the garden and pretty pool.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable, though the hotel is quite far from the main train station. I stayed on the third floor, and the shower flow was slow, so I couldn’t get a comfortably hot shower. That left a few marks against the stay.

We enjoyed our stay here, it’s a great place. The carpet in the hall outside the room could use fixing, though. It’s a little old and worn.

The pool was nice and the rooms were okay. The hotel is far from town, and there’s no restaurant. The bar staff seemed chaotic, and the receptionist didn’t speak English.
