The villa’s 19th-century character is lovely, and the rooms feel modern, with a beautiful river view. It’s an easy walk to the town center and bus stops. Service was attentive and very nice. There can be some traffic noise during the day.

The riverfront location makes it easy to reach the train station and historic center. We were here by bicycle, and the hotel has a lovely, practical bike room in the garage with charging for e-bikes. The breakfast buffet had a good range of fruit, cereals, rolls, pastries and more, served in a comfortable dining room. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and the family-run feel came through. We’ve tried several Merano hotels over the past few years, and Windsor is now our favorite. The weather was too cool for us to use the courtyard or pool, so maybe next time.

The beds were really comfortable, and the room was spotless, tidy, and smelled lovely 👌❤️. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the rooms are spacious, beautiful, and well equipped. The pool is large and very clean, and I appreciated having towels for it. Most of all, the staff were helpful, cheerful, and great. The hotel is close to the center. We were completely satisfied 👏

A lovely family-run place in Meran. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we even got a free pass covering public transport throughout Alto Adige for our whole stay. We used it as a base for a long weekend, with comfortable, clean rooms and a very good breakfast buffet that included fresh fruit. The river walk takes just a few minutes to reach the center, thermal bath, transport, and restaurants.
