Mr. Luciano's kindness really completed the stay. He clearly understands hospitality. The place was comfortable, clean, peaceful, and relaxing, and parking was easy. Thank you!!!!!!

Breakfast was a real highlight, generous and varied, with local products. The B&B is just a short walk from the center, and there’s parking nearby, which made arriving by car easy. The people running it were lovely, always available and attentive to what I needed. My room was spacious, nicely furnished, and had everything I needed; it was spotless, with care given to the details. A warm, comfortable place in Avellino. I can't wait to come back.

The location worked really well for getting to Casa di Cura Malzoni, so I could fit my remote work around visits. The owner was very kind. Everything was clean, tidy, and practical, breakfast was good, and the parking was secure. Recommended if, like me, you want to get through the days around your child's birth without driving back and forth between home and the clinic four times. Thank you!

Cinzia and Luciano are a real strength of this B&B, capable and professional, and attentive to every need. My room was clean and comfortable, and getting there worked well by car or public transport. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I was completely satisfied and absolutely recommend staying here.

My elderly mother was due to be hospitalized the next morning, so we booked one night at this “B&B.” I don't usually write reviews, but I want to spare others the same upsetting and, to me, dangerous experience. The building felt abandoned and had video cameras throughout. Check-in was remote, and there was no one there. To get to our room, we had to open a door, and the bathroom was outside the room, not in our private space. At checkout the next morning, we called again because no one had come, and asked to leave our luggage and pick it up that afternoon before leaving. We were allowed to do that. When we came back after a day at the hospital, my mother and I both needed the bathroom. The key was still where I had left it, in the shared key box by the entrance, so it seemed no new guest had arrived. Guests checking in take the key with them. I used it to open the door to the bathroom, not the bedroom. I had checked that the cleaning staff hadn't been in, and the bathroom was exactly as we'd left it, with the used towels still there. When I came out, the man running the place confronted me, shouting in a frantic voice. He'd seen everything on the security cameras and said he had only allowed us upstairs to get our bags, not to use the facilities. I calmly said I was sorry and had only used the bathroom. He got angrier and demanded to know how I could use it without calling for permission first. I told him that this wasn't how to treat paying guests who hadn't caused any harm. He kept shouting that we should have asked, repeating, “What if there had been a guest in that room!” I explained that a guest would keep the key rather than leave it in the communal box, and that we didn't need to enter the bedroom to reach the bathroom. He seemed to take that very personally and started accusing us of trespassing. To me, his behavior was a far more serious problem than our brief use of the bathroom: an abuse of power and a way of taking frustrations out on others instead of seeking help from a good therapist. He should be ashamed of treating guests so rudely over something so petty. If he can be so quickly consumed by these obsessions and abusive behavior toward his own guests, he is a danger to himself and others. The incident left us shaken. I immediately contacted the agency I booked through. They were horrified, refunded us, and reported the place. They said that in all their years in the field they'd never heard of such a story about using a bathroom, a right that should not be denied to anyone, especially people who had been guests just hours earlier.
