Hotel Heaven Beauty & Spa

We ended up extending our stay from five nights to nine because we liked the peaceful surroundings and the location so close to Montevergine Clinic, where I had a medical checkup. B&B Le Contesse is also just meters from the cable car, which reaches the Sanctuary of the Madonna di Montevergine in seven minutes. The room was roomy, spotless, and had everything we needed. Breakfast came to the room, with plenty of food that was carefully prepared. Mr. Luciano and his wife were courteous, professional, and always willing to help with whatever guests needed.

A peaceful spot, and our room had a nice balcony. We stayed with our 8-year-old daughter, and found the room clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Staff were attentive whenever we asked for anything, always kind and courteous. Breakfast was excellent and thoughtfully prepared. Thanks so much to Mr. Luciano.

Breakfast was good, but starting at 8:00 and being served in the room didn't work with my work schedule. I could have used it at least half an hour earlier. The room was functional, with convenient parking, decent furnishings, and enough space, though it wasn't large. The bathroom was comfortable and cleanliness was adequate. It was very cold when I arrived, and even though the room was small, the air conditioning took a few hours to warm it up.

The room was spotless and excellent, with a terrace looking out over the view. I spent two nights here and couldn't find anything to complain about. The owner was so genuine and kind, and happy to help with any need. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast brought to the room was the best part, with lots of tasty things. I'd give it a 10.
