We spent a month working remotely here, and it suited us perfectly. There's a restaurant onsite and plenty more nearby, though you'll need a vehicle to reach the place. The views along the way are great, and the property is peaceful, quiet, clean, tidy, and well maintained. Rooms are comfortable, some with a view, and the pool was always clean. Even the pool showers had warm water. The owners are super friendly and provide all the service you'd want on a vacation. It's also a fantastic starting point for bike rides in the surrounding hills and mountains, or trips to Pescara, Assisi, Gubbio, Jesi, Macerata, Ancona, the seaside, and countless nature spots.

That terrace view was stunning, and our dinner was delicious. The owners were so friendly too. Now we know what living " la dolce vita" feels like!

We returned on Sunday the 26th for a family birthday, after first visiting one evening before Ferragosto in 2025. We were sure we'd enjoy it again, and everyone was very satisfied. Luciano and his staff, who are family, deserve thanks. The outdoor terrace, food, and service had all been truly top-notch on our first visit too. 🔝 🔝 😀😀

The apartment was lovely, and we felt at home throughout our wonderful days in the beautiful surroundings. We were welcomed warmly and had a delicious meal. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we'd love to return. Thank you!

The family are incredibly sweet and helpful, and the mother is a fantastic cook. We stayed three nights and had a wonderful time in a beautiful place, with lovely rooms that are well equipped. Definitely worth a visit!❤️
