Parking is the one real issue here. Local transport from Naples and around the peninsula and islands works well, so it’s best to leave the car behind. The place is close to the inviting beaches of Meta di Sorrento and makes a good base for a few quiet days on the Sorrento Peninsula.

Parking nearby can be tricky, and finding a free spot isn’t always easy. The location itself is ideal, just a few minutes from both the beach and Meta’s small center. The holiday apartment is beautifully furnished with everything you need and comfortable beds. Communication with the owner, Maria, was excellent. She was very helpful and accommodating, thank you!

The owner was easy to communicate with and helped explain the parking choices and arrange a space, which was a real plus. Street parking is about 100 meters away, though finding a spot can be a challenge. The apartment is fully equipped and sleeps up to four, with a small shower. Sound carries from the other residents, and the bus stop is around 300 meters away. Meta makes a great base for trips to Capri, Amalfi, Positano, and Sorrento. Overall, I recommend it.

A terrible stay. The apartment was extremely noisy because of the condominium, and the cleanliness was awful. I had to clean everything from the fridge to the dishes. The linens were stained, the microwave was dirty inside and out, and the coffee machine couldn’t be used. The shower was tiny, with a very small window opening directly onto the balcony. The closets were dusty and full of duvets taking up the space for clothes, so we had to ask for them to be removed. The TV had only three channels, and sometimes even those wouldn’t show. Daily cleaning costs extra, which I feel should be included in a B&B. In any case, the same person would do the cleaning, so given the state we found the apartment in, it’s better to avoid it.
