The room was clean when we arrived, but it wasn't cleaned at all during our stay. Then breakfast ended with us leaving early because ants had swarmed the table. We also saw no attention to COVID restrictions at the buffet, where everyone could handle the food. The breakfast itself was poor, all industrial products with no care put into them, and there was plastic everywhere. Just down the road, there's an authentic Italian bar with great pastries, which made this feel even more disappointing. The listing showed a beautiful garden, but it was private and guests couldn't use it. That felt like false advertising. The road and parking were dangerous, and there was no clear assurance we'd have a space. These aren't apartments, despite the name Coco’s apartments. They're tiny rooms in one apartment, with practically no privacy, as though everyone is sleeping and living in the same room. I never got a good night's sleep. This place doesn't meet the high standards Italians take pride in across the country. What a shame for the lovely little town of Meta. The owner seemed not to care about guests and only interested in making money. Afterward, he called and tried to persuade us not to leave a bad review. We were willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, but checked Google and found another person describing similar experiences. The owner had called him a liar, so perhaps he thinks the same of us. That's why this review has appeared again. Come to Meta, by all means, but don't stay in one of the tiny rooms at Coco’s Apartment!

The villa sits on a hillside, a little outside central Meta, which we saw as a real advantage. The nearest train and bus stop for exploring the Amalfi Coast is about 10 minutes away. There's a great pizzeria next door and a supermarket around 10 minutes away. The grounds are spacious and ringed by fruit trees, a nice place to sit and read. The villa is split into apartments, with the individual rooms inside them. Coco's B&B offers quality rooms with private bathrooms. Our room was spotless, with lovely, well-kept furnishings. The bathroom at the back of the room was fantastic, and the breakfast was good. The breakfast room was thoughtfully decorated and had a great view. The apartment Coco's was in had been renovated to a high standard, which showed in the floors, walls, bathroom, and other details. Parking on the street beside the entrance gate was convenient. We were told there was also parking on the property. We chose the street because it was closer and very quiet, with only a few cars and motorcycles. We're particular about parking security and break-ins, but never felt unsafe there. We'd definitely return and recommend Coco's.

The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from. The food was packaged to comply with COVID rules, but it was still tasty and good quality. Parking on the street felt completely safe, and the very kind owner also offered secure parking 200 meters away, so you can choose. The location is excellent and the views are stunning. Our rooms were large and comfortable, with impeccable hygiene. My wife and I hope to return as soon as we can. See you soon!

I needed somewhere to host a few dear friends and found this newly renovated old building in the center of Meta. It's surrounded by gardens and in a great spot, just a five-minute walk from the train station. The place is brand new, functional, and spotless. The owner was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was packaged to comply with Covid regulations. My friends had a wonderful stay, and I recommend it!
