We had fun returning this winter, especially because the skiing is so good. The gondola starts right at the hotel and connects to other pistes, and an extended ski pass is almost a must. Nearby you'll find a few sports shops, a grocery store for apartment supplies, and a small pizzeria within walking distance. It's good value, and we enjoyed the snow whether with or without kids. There are some drawbacks. The restaurant catering is three stars at best, and linen changes cost extra, at least when booking through our travel agency, so check whether bedding is included in the price. There's children's entertainment, but no games room. Most activities take place in the conference room and reception area, which get very lively. The table tennis table also hasn't been replaced, and the old one was still outside, broken and looking battered and unattended since last year.

The bedrooms are so tiny I’m not sure they qualify as rooms, and some of the other guests were terrible. Upstairs rooms get no WiFi, only the lobby does. Reception also took €100 from us as a deposit against room damage. I’ve never had an experience like that at a hotel anywhere in the world.

The staff really bring this place to life. They keep the days busy with activities at different times, and we especially enjoyed the dinner show. The buffet lunch and dinner are remarkably cheap, while the food and service are on par with a highly rated restaurant, maybe better. It sits right on the ski slopes in a beautiful area, with amenities and services a short walk away. The building could use some refurbishment, but the location is very convenient. We had a great stay, and the team running the hotel is a big part of why. Great value for the price, and highly recommended.

We spent two weeks here with the whole family, including the children. It was cool and quiet, and we all slept really well. There are cycling routes nearby for both active riders and more leisurely outings. Highly recommend it for a summer stay.

The hotel is right at the end of the slopes, so you can get a lift to the top just after walking out. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the staff were warm and good overall. We also enjoyed the gym, pool, sauna, and quiet oasis. I'd especially recommend it for families with teenagers.
