When my hotel couldn’t help with shipping my package, this store stepped in. They responded quickly, handled the shipment, and kept me updated as they collected and sent it. The customer service was top notch, and they went above and beyond. I absolutely recommend them!

Thank you so much for helping me get my package in the US when nobody else wanted to help. You’re the best people. You deserve all five stars.

Manuel was fabulous. While we were in Rome on a tour, he dealt with our packages being stuck in customs and made sure they shipped and reached their destination before we got home. He also helped us make our train to Rome, even though we were short on time and had quite a bit to send back to the States. I can’t give enough stars to him or this DHL location. I highly recommend them for shipping, and hope DHL gives Manuel big recognition for his excellent service. Thank you so much!

We left our luggage at this DHL branch while exploring Milan for the day. It’s fairly close to Milan train station, about a 10-minute walk. The staff were polite, professional, and very friendly, and helped us get the best price, €5 per day. Their English was excellent. I’d happily return and highly recommend them.

I arrived with a lot of unpacked packages, and they helped me work out the best way to send them. Incredibly good service!
