The Wi-Fi worked well, and the common area had useful things like an ironing board and kettle. The place is about a 10-minute walk from Milan Central railway station, with decent restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room itself was okay, but there was no hot water while we were there, so we couldn’t shower. That was really disappointing, especially with no reception available to complain to. This feels more like an Airbnb room: there’s no dedicated reception, you have to go to the door and call a number, and check-in needs to be arranged in advance. They also charge extra per day for linen. I didn’t like being surprised by that fee, even though it was mentioned in the terms. I wish it had been included in the displayed price. Who reads all the fine print?

It was far too hot inside, like a sauna, and with all the mosquitos and no net on the windows, we couldn’t sleep at all. There’s no air conditioning. The furniture was old, and the bathroom was very dated, with tiles missing. I don’t recommend this place.

The room and bathroom were old, though okay. The staff were really unfriendly, and we didn’t feel welcome. Watch out for extra charges that aren’t mentioned online, like the required bed linen fee.

The only real plus is how close it is to the Central Station and airport shuttles. Otherwise, it could use renovation. In summer it gets very hot, and there’s no AC. The fan they provide barely helps, so we couldn’t sleep, and there’s no mesh on the windows to keep mosquitos out. I stayed here a year and a half ago, and nothing seems to have improved since.

There are 3 rooms, and each is big enough for 3-4 people. It’s clean and close to both the central train station and bus station. The place could use a bit of renovation, but for the price it’s okay.
