We stayed three nights and had a wonderful time. I really liked the apartment’s modern style, and it was very comfortable. The location was good, close to everything.

We stayed at the end of August, and it wasn’t a good experience. We were alone in the building, with no concierge or anyone else around. We got the access codes only a few hours before arrival because they were on vacation, and we had to contact them several times. The Booking.com listing wasn’t reliable either: there were no cleaning products, dish soap, dishcloth, sponge, or iron, even though an iron was listed. We messaged them; they read it and didn’t reply. I really don’t recommend it. Proof available.

The city centre is easy to reach by public transport. Arco della Pace is a 30-minute walk away, and CityLife and Chinatown are 25 minutes on foot. The apartment is comfortable and modern, and I’d highly recommend it to couples visiting Milan on a budget. It was an excellent experience!

My parents stayed in the recently renovated apartment and felt right at home. It’s small but very comfortable, with everything you need for day-to-day living. James was also very kind and helpful.
