Don't recommend this at all. My family and I stayed here, and the place was dirty and full of bed bugs. When we told them what was happening, they asked how many there were and whether we'd killed them. Later, we were blamed for possibly bringing them with us, while their boss was too busy to help. My younger brother ended up with lots of bruises from the bed bugs. Don't stay here.

It was an awful stay. There were bedbugs everywhere, the apartment was left open most of the time, and the room key felt flimsy. The room downstairs from the apartment was really noisy too. We were lucky to spend just one short night there. Pay a few euros more to stay somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

The location is great, right above Loreto metro, and the place has nearly everything a family visiting Milan might need. The rooms are spacious with nice views, and the kitchen is well stocked; the coffee machine works too. Andrea, the caretaker, makes sure you're comfortable and have what you need. The one thing I missed was private bathrooms, though we never had to wait to use one. All in all, a good stay.

Fatma made our two-night stay especially nice. She welcomed us warmly and handled all our requests, and we really appreciate how much effort and help she gave us. The room was very clean and had a great view, and the toilets were clean too. I highly recommend this place.

We had to leave at 11 pm and find another place because the bed was covered in bed bugs. Everything was dirty and the place was infested. Better to pay 20€ more and stay somewhere else. I would give this place zero if I could.
