Alessia's Flat - Portello 2

My partner and I had to find another place at the last minute, and it cost considerably more. The owner canceled our New Year's Eve booking a month before the trip, saying renovations were underway. He suggested a replacement apartment, but its reviews were very negative, particularly about the location, lighting, and noise. We weren't happy with that option, so he proposed a second apartment in a much more remote area for the same price. We disagreed again, and then he stopped replying to our messages. In the end, we had to cancel and book somewhere else. Our experience was very unsatisfactory, so I'd strongly recommend being extremely cautious before booking with this host.
