Hilton Milan

Emmanuel the concierge was wonderfully helpful and hospitable. Thank you, Emmanuel. The other staff were friendly and helpful, too. Our upgraded room suited our needs perfectly, and the restaurant impressed us with reasonable prices. We had an outstanding stay at the Milan Hilton and would return.

I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade to beautiful interconnecting rooms with balconies. I also got access to the executive lounge, with great refreshments and a relaxing place to unwind. The hotel was spotless throughout, clean and well maintained. The thoughtful staff went above and beyond to make my visit special. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d happily return or recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

The buffet breakfast is decent, but it can get busy. The rooms were nice and clean, with the usual coffee and tea facilities and an iron and ironing board. Centrale is a few minutes away on foot. There’s a little Aldi just below the hotel for picking up what you need, plus lots of restaurants nearby.

As a Diamond member, I enjoyed the executive lounge, especially the complimentary evening drinks and snacks and the chance to relax there. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of fresh pastries, fruit, cheese, cold cuts, and hot items, plus eggs made to order for omelets or fried eggs. The staff were professional, friendly, efficient, and attentive. Milano Centrale is a five-minute walk away, making trains, the metro, airport shuttles, and day trips easy without a taxi. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with good amenities, though it felt a bit small. I didn’t get an upgrade, which is subject to availability. The gym was well equipped. Still, I’d recommend it for the convenient location, service, breakfast, and lounge.
