Getting in and checking out was simple, and staff were easy to reach and always replied right away. We've stayed here twice on trips to milan and can't recommend it enough. It's well placed for shopping and eating out, close enough to walk to the sights but away from the busiest area. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with all the essentials: a washer, coffee machine, kitchen, rain shower, and great bedding.
Sara is so friendly and always willing to help. The apartment is stylishly furnished, and the bed is really comfortable. Its location is the best part, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Getting around is easy, with a bus stop, metro, and taxi stand close by. Valeria was kind and helpful, and self check-in was straightforward. The apartment was clean, modern, and had very comfortable beds. Toiletries, coffee, tea, and water were provided, and shops and nice restaurants were within walking distance.
I felt at home here, and it's become my favorite place in Milan. The furnishings were good, the apartment very clean, and the location, service, and help throughout my stay were all excellent.
Such a cozy, lovely place, and the location is great.
