The staff's response when we raised concerns was dismissive and unapologetic, with no sense of professionalism. Before that, we had already waited a long time for the cleaners, which made for a very unwelcoming start. Once inside, we found grimy floors, stained bedding, and dust in every corner. Paying for a room and then facing conditions like that was really disappointing. This was one of my worst stays. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and I'd tell people to look elsewhere for somewhere clean and welcoming.

The service was quick and good 😍. The apartment was lovely, clean, clear, and beautiful. I'm grateful ❤️

The hygiene in the apartment was alarming. The walls were filthy, the mattresses old, and the refrigerator was broken, didn't keep things cool, and smelled awful. The sofas were too dirty to sit on, and even the shower curtain was dirty. A horrible stay in a completely run-down apartment.
