Angelica House

We'd had a bad experience in other Airbnb apartments that were in terrible condition, so moving here was a very pleasant surprise. This apartment is spotlessly clean, warm in winter, and has central heating and air conditioning in every room. All the appliances work, and there's plenty of cutlery and other useful bits. They also left nice extras: water, milk, juice, coffee, croissants and jam. The hosts were very friendly, which is rare. It's an excellent place, just a minute's walk from the metro.

The parents of the landlords met us, showed us around, and carried our bags into the apartment. Their kindness and hospitality were obvious from the first moment. They were warm with my whole family and did everything they could to make us comfortable. When I had problems with my eyes, they called several doctors and arranged an appointment for that very day. They also gave my wife and daughter a birthday gift. The apartment was perfectly located, one minute from the metro, nine minutes by metro to duomo, and a minute from a supermarket. There’s parking in a protected courtyard two minutes away, with access to the car whenever you need it, so you can bring your things into the flat easily. The place was very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed, including quality furnishings like sturdy cabinets and a nice stove. I could go on about how good our stay was. Highly recommend it!

The owner was so kind and did everything she could to help us settle in. She even left food, milk and bottled water for us. The apartment was lovely and well looked after, with a kitchen, two large bedrooms, a washing machine, coffee machine, iron, and all the other amenities. We'd definitely recommend it!

I had a confirmed reservation, but at the last minute the host told me the apartment had been double-booked and canceled my stay.
