ApartHotel Bossi

The location is great for nearby attractions, though finding the entrance was difficult, perhaps because the building was being renovated. During the day there's some noise from the street when the electric rail bus goes by. We meant to book two nights but accidentally reserved two rooms for one night. The hotel staff offered the following night for an extra 120 euros, nearly the cost of one night at the B&B hotel across the street. That left me a bit unhappy 😀.

The room was on the small side, but spotlessly clean. The staff and location were perfect.

The room was really nice and clean, and the location was convenient. Trams made the road noisy, and rubbish collection added to it. That's not the apartment's fault, but it's a handy base for shopping and sightseeing, not somewhere to relax in your room or count on a good night's sleep.

I was travelling for leisure to Milano by train with my daughter, and chose this hotel for its central location. The train had a technical problem, so we couldn't arrive before check-in closed. As soon as I realized we might be late, I contacted the hotel and kept them updated. I asked to check in later, but they offered only 20 extra minutes beyond the stated time. In the end I had to cancel and asked them to refund or waive the prepayment because of these exceptional circumstances. They flatly refused under their non-refundable policy. They showed no understanding or flexibility, ignored my emails and calls, and kept my money. I don't recommend this hotel; I found their treatment of customers abusive and disrespectful.
