The room was a huge letdown. The concierge talked us into paying another 50 euros for a “Duomo view” upgrade, calling it “really special” and saying the bed was extra amazing. In reality, we could barely see the Duomo even pressed up against the window, and the bed was awful. You had to climb onto a platform just to get into it. It felt like an obvious ploy to get us to spend more. The hotel is in a strange commercial building, in an office next to the Argentinian consulate. Getting to it was a hassle: we had to buzz the front door, climb a flight of stairs, then take a designated elevator. Very disappointing, and I wouldn't stay again.

They upgraded us to a huge apartment with a view of the Duomo, and it was an excellent place to stay for the first day of our honeymoon. It was a bit hard to find because it's several floors up in a commercial building, but the location is hard to beat. Worth staying.

As an apart hotel, it was a fantastic stay. The place was very clean, the location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Just follow the photos to find reception on the third floor.

The staff were welcoming, and Dario made sure everything was perfect for our apartment stay. The rooms are beautiful, and the location is fantastic, just steps from the Duomo. We left our valuables behind while we went to Como, and Marco called to say they'd been found and would be kept safe until we returned. It felt like a safe place to stay. We'll definitely come back soon.

It's a large, nicely designed apartment with a modern bathroom, a very comfortable bed and a partial view of the Duomo. They also provided slippers, bathrobes and a free espresso machine, which was a nice extra. The location is excellent, just a few metres from the Duomo and the shopping area. The only downside was coordinating check-in and check-out, since the front desk is open only a few hours a day, along with getting an access card. Our two-night stay was lovely. It was a little pricey, but that was expected on those dates. I first posted this in December 2022 and only just realized it hadn't been published.
