The apartment was spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen and tasteful, elegant furnishings in soft, understated colors. It's a lovely studio in the Famagosta area, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and other useful shops close by. Bus, tram, and metro stops are only a few meters away, and the city center is a few stops from there. Silvia and her son, Christian, were friendly and happy to answer questions. They also provide a manual with useful tips on getting around, places to eat, and things to see in the area. It's hard not to recommend this place. We'll be back.

After long workdays, this was such a relaxing place to come back to. The house was quiet, had every comfort, and was kept immaculately. I stayed for a little over a month and honestly would have liked to stay longer. Silvia is kind, very helpful, and friendly. I hope I can return soon!

I travel to Milan often, both for work and with my family, and these apartments are my favorites. Their location and cleanliness are hard to beat, and Silvia is so welcoming. Absolutely top-notch, no doubt about it. Highly recommend! ;-)

The owner is really helpful, and the apartment is good value for money. It's a lovely, welcoming studio that's clearly well looked after, set in a pleasant green area with good connections to the city center. Tram 15 stops right outside, and Piazza Abbiategrasso/Chiesa Rossa metro station is a short distance away. There are all kinds of shops nearby and parking is easy.

The owner was very friendly and always available for questions, and provided a map and tips. There's a supermarket and tram within walking distance, and the tram gets you to central Milan in 15 minutes for 2 euros one way. We could park for free on the street. The apartment was very clean and had a kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, stovetop, and fridge-freezer. It was lovely, but there was no air conditioning. The two fans were very welcome when temperatures went above 30 degrees Celsius. Definitely recommended!
